UNIGO supplied 12,000 nested shopping carts and more than 26,000 meters of gondola shelving for a chain-wide refresh. All units were produced to the retailer’s load, wheel and finish specifications, with pre-shipment inspection performed at two factories.

Shipments were consolidated into a fixed monthly sailing schedule, keeping all 38 store renovation teams on time while reducing the customer’s landed cost by double digits versus its previous vendor.
